Reservations & Policies:

• Room rates do not include sales tax.
   
• Payment by Visa, Master Card, travelers checks, personal checks, and cash are accepted.
   
• Cancellation - No charge will be made if cancellations are made with 14 days notice.
  Refunds for cancellations made on shorter notice will be subject to our ability to fill the reservation.
   
• Reservation requests are not confirmed reservations until we have contacted you with a confirmation.
   
• Weekly and monthly rates are available
   
• Check in time is 4pm unless prior arrangements are made. Check out time 11am.
• All areas indoors and out are nonsmoking.
• No accommodation is available for children.
• No accommodation for pets is available.
• Weekly cleaning services may be obtained for an additional charge.
• Daily maid service is not available at this time.
• Handicap friendly home.
